RETURN ONLY FOR GERMANY (national) & EUROPE

All Hijab's are for final sale. Hijab sets are not meant for a return. Only the comfy clothes collection will be accepted as a return for a valid reason and if the item is clean, has no stains or any smell and is returned within the 14 days limit after purchase. 

Our delivery partner DHL only offers returns from orders for Germany and within Europe. 

If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines: 

• Return the items in their original packaging 
• Return within the 14 days limit after purchasing 
• Only return after you've messaged customer service about your reason for returning. Contact comfyveiled@gmail.com
• Handle the products carefully when trying them on
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Please note that we can't accept liability without a tracking number! 

If these guidelines are not followed then we can not guarantee you a refund. Please be aware to follow the instructions. 

We'd like to remind our customers to shop more consciously. Everyday, returns generate 238,000 tons of C02 and put a huge strain on our environment. We see this reminder as a step in the right direction, encouraging more conscious  purchasing & a climate-friendly lifestyle ♡

 

REFUND

As soon as the item is returned to our warehouse, we'll inspect the item to see if the return guidelines have been followed. If yes, then after that step we can send you a refund of the order or you might exchange it with another item. 

For orders from Germany, please note about the €5,94 shipping costs that you'll incur when placing an order below €80.
